Using the results from the initial assessment, this session will serve as an overview for a leader cultivating a life of influence.
Leading yourself is never easy, but it’s one of the more difﬁcult concepts for emerging leaders...not to understand, but to master. This session will focus on how great leaders learn to lead themselves well!
The band Boston said you’re “more than a feeling.” Maybe, but not much more. How people feel you will determine the amount of influence you actually have.
Rainbow-puking unicorns don’t change the world. Rather, great leaders MUST learn to bring value from whatever seat they find themselves in.
Like cheese bakes into macaroni, the “that ain’t my problem” attitude so easily creeps it’s way into those not in charge. This session will focus on initiative, action, and progress for emerging leaders.
One of the most counter-intuitive aspects of leadership...the more a leader focuses on the success of others, the more influence the leader will breed.
