What People Are Saying

ARE YOU LETTING YOUR LACK OF AUTHORITY PARALYZE YOU?

Not feeling seen by those in authority?

Feeling stuck with a lack of freedom at work?

Emotions getting the best of you?

Chasing the latest leadership fads with no results?

Cant get honest feedback on your performance?

Finding yourself needlessly jealous of co-workers?

Everyone deserves to feel happy and fulfilled at work.

ARE YOU READY TO RISE TO THE OCCASION?

WHAT YOU’LL GET

INFLUENCE ASSESSMENT

To figure out how to get where you want to be, you first have to gauge where you are.

ENGAGING TEACHING

You’ll get access to six sessions taught by Clay with his humorous and down-to-earth style. Leadership shouldn’t be boring.

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

I’ll give you the exact questions you need to ask your peers to grow influence with them.

ACTIONABLE
NEXT STEPS

You’ll receive practical next steps to apply each lesson. And if you do these things, I guarantee you’ll have more influence in 90 days.

I CALL IT THE “MULLET” MODEL

The business in the front is an assessment used as a “You Are Here” tool.

The party in the back is a development plan empowering you to lead with greater influence from where you are today.

  • Using the results from the initial assessment, this session will serve as an overview for a leader cultivating a life of influence.

  • Leading yourself is never easy, but it’s one of the more difficult concepts for emerging leaders...not to understand, but to master. This session will focus on how great leaders learn to lead themselves well!

  • The band Boston said you’re “more than a feeling.” Maybe, but not much more. How people feel you will determine the amount of influence you actually have.

  • Rainbow-puking unicorns don’t change the world. Rather, great leaders MUST learn to bring value from whatever seat they find themselves in.

  • Like cheese bakes into macaroni, the “that ain’t my problem” attitude so easily creeps it’s way into those not in charge. This session will focus on initiative, action, and progress for emerging leaders.

  • One of the most counter-intuitive aspects of leadership...the more a leader focuses on the success of others, the more influence the leader will breed.

ABOUT CLAY

Clay helps emerging leaders become better people and better employees. After writing a few modestly successful leadership books and working his way through many organizational levels, he’s learned a few things about the challenge of authority deprivation.

The good news is that he’s found a lot of hope for the "not in charge" leaders out there in the world.

And The Influence Sprint is for those people.
